Catering Collective is part of our Country Lane Group Limited. Our whole group is dedicated to the hospitality industry through accommodation, weddings, catering, restaurants and have been doing this since 2011. At the end of February 2018 we moved into our purpose built commercial kitchen that now operates 21hrs a day and where our 16 chefs operate from. This is not only a huge investment in time and money, but an investment to ensure we retain our position in Canterbury for being a catering company who is forward thinking, fast to adapt to the ever changing culinary world, on trend and cost effective. That's our mission.

Our Sustainable Practices
We maintain a balance of good sustainable practices in our catering.
We use some home grown ingredients from our 400sqm vegetable gardens. We have 20 Cherry Trees, Figs, Walnuts and Artichokes planted around our property plus an orchard of Peaches, Plums, Apples, Pears, Apricots and Grape vines. We have a pantry full of sauces and relishes which are all used in our creations. Our free range cheeky chooks also provide us egg but not ever enough so we also source only free range eggs locally.
We're based in the heart of rural Canterbury so have many resources at our fingers tips. If we didn't take advantage of this we'd be a little crazy therefore we get as much as we can. Ecostore products, recycled packaging, LED lighting are standard products we use and makes Catering Collective extremely sustainable.
